Important Information for U.S. Customers
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, ongoing tariff adjustments, brokerage fees, duties, and the elimination of the de minimis exemption, we have implemented a new system designed to help accommodate our valued U.S. customers.
You may see a charge labelled "Tax" on your order. This amount may include estimated tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, customs processing fees, and other import-related charges that may apply to your shipment. In most cases, we expect these amounts to cover the majority of applicable import costs, helping to reduce the likelihood of unexpected charges upon delivery.
Import regulations and associated fees continue to change frequently and sometimes without notice. While we make every effort to calculate and prepay these costs in advance, we cannot guarantee that all import-related charges will be covered in every circumstance. Any additional duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other import-related costs assessed by U.S. Customs, carriers, or other third parties after shipment remain the responsibility of the recipient.
We will continue to do our best to absorb and subsidize many of these costs whenever possible to help keep cross-border ordering affordable for our U.S. customers.
